2008 JK

This is my second attempt, so I kept this short coming from my phone.

What's you know it got through. This is a picture of Indian Canyon Road. There was the Indian Canyon Truck Trail, but I did not know what I was getting into or were I was for that matter. From were I live go North on the 405 merging to the I 5, then North East on the I 14 for 6 miles. Take the Soledad Rd. exit, East until you hit Indian Canyon Rd. on the right side. You will see a parking lot, were people unload there motorcycles and Quads. (I left another way using Topanga Canyon at the 210 freeway. Don't ask, I had the GPS and I started using it at that point.)

I mostly was using the fire roads, but found a place to drop the Jeep in 4 low. It was really nice compared to the 73 K5 Chevy I had. Just used the limited slip for the climb, witch is the only thing the K5 had. Snails pace, no racing, very little wheel spin, until I high centered on caddy corner dug rain out. This was do sweet, I just pushed the rear locker button and it pushed right through. I didn't try the Stable Bar release button yet, but that probably would have worked just as well. By allowing the tires to drop for more traction. This Jeep is awesome so far.
